Who You Are
This is a unique opportunity to join a team that’s a leading innovator in the digital currency financial ecosystem. The candidate will be an integral member of the institutional sales team and help drive the Americas trading business. Focus will be on winning mindshare and delivering the full suite of the firm’s capabilities, with focus on Global Markets. This role is ideal for an intellectually curious individual who spends their free time on crypto twitter and dabbles around on chain.

What You’ll Do
You will work closely with Galaxy’s global institutional sales and trading team to own and grow relationships, delivering Galaxy’s crypto product suite to AMER based institutions. You will gain exposure to both crypto native as well as traditional institutions, whilst engaging on work streams that focus on Global Markets, Asset Management and Infrastructure solutions.
• Own deal origination and execution to increase volumes across products, uncovering new opportunities with existing and new counter parties
• Work both in close collaboration with the team and independently on cross-functional partnership initiatives, spanning product, finance, comms, compliance, legal and marketing
• Own all elements of the customer life cycle: scoping of opportunities, identifying potential customers, framing of value, negotiating documentation, optimizing our customer experience
• Maintain healthy and productive client relationships, resolving business, policy and technical issues
• Understand regional market and crypto-specific market microstructure
What We’re Looking For
• Crypto experience strongly preferred, in either a personal or professional capacity
• Experience in Options is a must
• 3+ years’ experience working in or across either:
• Crypto markets, across either Cefi or Defi
• FICC or equities, with a strong understanding of derivatives (either flow or structured)
• Experience developing and managing customer relationships
• Solutions-orientated approach
• Bachelor’s degree
• Office first (NYC), remote second mindset
