Overview
Forward Security Group is seeking an Armed Guard to join our team. Currently, we have an opening in the area of South Pasadena. This is will be a place of worship which needs security from morning to afternoon on Sundays. The job hours would be from 7:30am-2:00pm on Sundays.

Responsibilities
• Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized activities or breaches of security.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Conduct thorough inspections of facilities and property to identify potential security risks.
• Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for incident reporting and investigations.
• Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate situations effectively and maintain order.
• Report and communicate on activities occurring on site to other teammates.
Qualifications
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential threats.
• Must possess a valid armed security license as required by state regulations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $26.00 per hour
