Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and vigilantSecurity Guard to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role requires strong observational skills, professionalism, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to a variety of situations.
Responsibilities
• Patrol and monitor assigned properties to ensure safety and security
• Serve as a visible deterrent to unauthorized access or suspicious activity
• Respond to alarms and incidents as directed by management
• Monitor CCTV systems
• Conduct routine security checks and inspections of designated areas
• Complete detailed daily digital logs and incident reports
• Document and report incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities accurately
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to residents, employees, and visitors
Requirements & Qualifications
• Must possess a valid New York State Security Guard License
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security or a related role
• Experience with surveillance systems and incident reporting
• Comfortable using computers and web-based reporting software
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods

• Full-time
• 8-hour shifts available:
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
