• Position : All Welcome - Admin Assistant (invoicing/simple duties) – Up to $3,200 + AWS

• Working hours : Monday to Friday |9am to 5pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $3,200 + AWS + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
• Support and run daily admin operations (independent role).
• Key in bookings into the company app/booking system.
• Prepare invoices, billing, and basic data entry.
• Prepare and submit quotations.Track drivers’ location using the company GPS system and flag any issues.
Requirements:
• Accurate, organised, and able to follow up tasks.
• Able to work independently and handle day-to-day changes.
• Experience in transport/logistics admin or billing/invoicing will be a bonus
