Monitor documentation control i.e. document change request forms, revisions and registers.
- Monitor Job File Documentation submitted by inspectors and ensure all is scanned on to the server in the correct Job Folder.
- Monitors and updates external standards on the TMS on a quarterly basis.
- Assisting with the investigation and recording of NCRs.
- Assisting with the investigation and recording of Internal & 3rd Party Audits
- Conduct monthly and quarterly QA Analysis
- QA Reports both online and CD content.
- Record all QA Meeting Minutes including Management Reviews.
- Monitoring OES Certification
- Monitoring the QMS and promoting continual improvement
- Spot checks on various QMS processes.
- Monitoring OES Suppliers on Purchasetrack and ensuring evaluations are completed, as well as all necessary paperwork.
- Ensuring all safety policies are followed both onsite and around the office.
- Ensure all fire extinguishers are kept in date and in working order.
- Organize fire drills as required and record.
- Audit First Aid Kit and ensure all minimum required items are available and record findings monthly.
- Assisting with HSE responsibilities as and when required.
- Administration/General Office assistance reporting to the line management.
- Improve office skills, including computer and software competency in all Microsoft programs.
- Learn all office related procedures and relevance
- Assist and improve administration team
- Maintain/enhance/implement administration procedures as necessary
- Coordinate reporting to the OES management as necessary
- General office management working with OES administration team
- Develop and maintain customer relations and relationship management in general
- Assist to manage change as the group expands
