• Position : Admin Assistant/Executive (Projects/Documentation) – Up to $3,500 + AWS
• Location : Kaki Bukit (Between Ubi & Kaki Bukit MRT)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Bonus of Average 1-2 months + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Dental Benefits + Birthday Allowance

Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare/collate documents for submission to consultants/clients; ensure accuracy (reports, certificates, spreadsheets); maintain templates.
• Issue delivery orders; coordinate suppliers/logistics; track delivery schedules; check goods before delivery.
• Tally/verify BOQ and assist with BOQ prep for new projects.
• General admin support for the project team (data entry, filing, photocopying) and ad-hoc tasks.
• Liaise with project lead and suppliers; coordinate internally to meet timelines.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field (Design/Events background a plus)
• 1–2 years of administrative experience (mid-career transition welcome)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can only converse in Mandarin.
