Your key responsibilities include: • Analyzing and identifying the interactions and connections within entire systems. • Taking ownership of projects to ensure successful planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery. • Collaborating with team leadership to uphold collective accountability for quality, timelines, and outcomes. • Encouraging professional growth outside of comfort zones for yourself and your team. • Mentoring and developing team members effectively. • Utilizing work reviews to enhance team expertise. • Addressing conflicts and fostering open discussions with clients, team members, and stakeholders, while escalating issues when necessary. • Maintaining professional and technical standards, including adherence to PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements. Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 7 years You will demonstrate extensive abilities and a proven track record in: • Leading teams that develop AI and Generative AI solutions, including analytical modeling, prompt engineering, programming (e.g., Python), testing, communication of results, and integration. • Documenting and analyzing business processes to uncover AI and Generative AI opportunities, including requirements gathering and solution development. • Working collaboratively with clients to identify their challenges and determine effective models and strategies for AI/GenAI implementations. • Designing AI/GenAI architectures, particularly for plugin-based solutions and custom application development. • Overseeing the management of structured and unstructured data for LLM context, including large text corpus embedding and SQL query development. • Handling the daily operations of a global team, providing model reviews, feedback, and analytical support. • Guiding data engineers and data scientists to deliver solutions that meet client expectations. • Contributing to the development of proofs of concept, pilots, and production use cases while collaborating across different functional teams. • Facilitating executive presentations to illustrate GenAI solutions and development progress. • Structuring and delivering impactful client presentations. • Coaching associates and senior associates to elevate their performance. You will also demonstrate significant capabilities or a proven track record in: • Leading GenAI application development teams with back-end and front-end integrations. • Utilizing Python and relevant frameworks for LLM development and data storage solutions. • Applying analytical techniques such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Optimization. • Implementing vectorization, embedding, and retrieval-augmented generation workflows. • Possessing hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. • Leveraging version control and testing methodologies in software development. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and will receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other perks.
