Your responsibilities will include: • Analyzing and identifying the linkages and interactions within entire systems. • Taking ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. • Collaborating with team leadership to reinforce collective accountability for quality, timelines, and deliverables. • Encouraging skill development beyond comfort zones for yourself and your team. • Effectively mentoring and developing others. • Using work reviews as opportunities to deepen team members' expertise. • Addressing conflicts and engaging in open discussions with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating when necessary. • Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements. Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 7 years You will demonstrate extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in: • Managing teams developing AI and Generative AI solutions, including analytical modeling, prompt engineering, programming (e.g., Python), testing, result communication, and integration. • Documenting and analyzing business processes to identify AI and Generative AI opportunities, including requirements gathering and solution development. • Collaborating with clients to understand their challenges and determine suitable models and approaches for AI/GenAI use cases. • Designing AI/GenAI architectures, especially for plugin-based solutions and custom application builds. • Overseeing the processing of structured and unstructured data for LLM context, including large text corpus embedding and SQL query development. • Managing daily operations of a global team, reviewing models, providing feedback, and supporting analysis. • Guiding data engineers and data scientists in delivering solutions aligned with client needs. • Contributing to the development of proofs of concept, pilots, and production use cases while collaborating across functional teams. • Facilitating executive presentations to showcase GenAI solutions and development progress. • Structuring and delivering impactful client presentations. • Coaching associates and senior associates to enhance their performance. You will also demonstrate extensive capabilities or a proven record of success in: • Leading GenAI application development teams with back-end and front-end integrations. • Utilizing Python and relevant frameworks for LLM development and data storage solutions. • Applying analytical techniques such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Optimization. • Implementing vectorization, embedding, and retrieval-augmented generation workflows. • Possessing hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. • Leveraging version control and testing methodologies in software development. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and will receive comprehensive benefits covering medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and other perks.
