**Primary Responsibilities**
Advise and support the change on the following activities:
- Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation to align on and document the interim and desired states
- Development of frameworks, and tools to enable effective portfolio governance and delivery
- Support shift to a results-oriented business model through outcome measurement and benefits tracking (OKRs)
- Support quarterly planning with portfolio leaders
- Aligning enterprise strategy to portfolio execution
• *Specific Project Requirements**
- 2+ years in management consulting (workshop facilitation and content creation)
- 2+ years as a transformation, strategy _consultant/_advisor at an enterprise/portfolio level, including coaching senior leaders

- Experience working to establish standards for new ways of working
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures to deliver value that fits the organizational context

- Portfolio management/governance experience
