Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and lead continuous planning for supported teams
Track project milestones and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
Promote Agile best practices and coordinate communication between teams and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years' experience in an Agile environment using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
Experience with JIRA and Agile performance metrics
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and adaptability
