**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Work with the product managers to prioritize the backlog.
- Work with engineering managers to ensure that work items are delivered in an efficient and timely manner.
- Work with the Agile Coach on Agile best practices, processes, and tools.
- Track and report on Scrum Health progress, including sprint and release metrics.
- Continuously improve the Agile process and implement feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• *Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a software development environment.
- 2+ years of experience leading Agile teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira or Trello.
