As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading, planning, motivating, and organizing. You will work with your teams as a partner to ensure milestones and deliverables are being met. • *What you'll be doing**: - Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of agile projects/initiatives, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations. - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Track and report on key project metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time, to assess team performance and project progress. - Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed. - Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing transparency and ensuring expectations are managed effectively. - Promote and enforce agile principles and practices, including Scrum or Kanban methodologies, across the project team. - Continuously assess and improve the team's agile maturity, implementing best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Lead efforts to implement and continuously improve agile processes and practices, fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation. - Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine processes and improve project outcomes. • *What you'll need to be successful**: • *Must Haves**: - 3+ year of experience in Project Management - 2+ year of experience within IT project environment - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent - Experience in various project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Strong leadership skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning - Experience with JIRA • *Nice to haves**: - PMP certification - PMI ACP certification, CSM and/or CST, SA, SSM or any other related PMI agile project certification • *As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees** • *In this role you may be exposed to adult content
