Agile Project Manager Toronto, ON, Canada (Onsite) Long Term Contract Interview Address: 199 Bay St office Required Skills • Agile Project Management, Experience in managing application delivery projects. • Ensure CV has experience including keywords - business case definition, cost estimation, resource planning, financial reporting, work breakdown structures, project scheduling, risk and change management • PMI/Agile or SAFE certification would be an asset. • Strong business acumen; knowledge of client's business and technology environment is an asset Job Description • Looking for profiles of Senior Project Managers with extensive experience, particularly those who have worked with banking client • Meaningful work is fueled by meaningful performance and career development conversations with your manager. • Here's some of what you may be asked to perform: • Stakeholder Partnership & Communication - Leads a diverse range of Stakeholders; Communicates effectively by adapting style and message to diverse audience; Collaborates with key partners; Influences sponsors, business, and other partners; Provides ongoing communication to key stakeholders, including the Project Sponsor, Business/technology Project Owner, and Portfolio Director to ensure they are aware of significant changes to the project status in a timely manner • Ownership & Commitment - Owns project success as it relates to impact & experience of TD’s customers; Delivers and owns project outcomes that are aligned to established cost, timing, deliverables, and scope objectives; Owns resolution of issues to advance project objectives; Owns project financials; Owns data quality and accuracy in financial reporting • Business Knowledge - Links project goals to the business’ objectives and customer impacts; Navigates organization to achieve results • Risk Management - Anticipates and effectively manages major risks; Aligns decisions to TD’s risk profile • Process Adherence - Executes and complies with TD’s enterprise project methodology and governance standards; Contributes to methodology body of knowledge • Judgement - Demonstrates financial acumen; Identifies & manages impacts of project risks on financial outcomes Job Requirements • 7 years' experience in project delivery based on Agile Project Management or PDLC methodologies/techniques including business case definition, cost estimation, resource planning, financial reporting, work breakdown structures, project scheduling, risk and change management • TD Agile/TDI experience preferred. PMI/Agile or SAFE certification would be an asset. • Experience in managing application delivery projects in a strong matrix organization, demonstrating ability to work with others, and manage with influence. • Experience in working with project sponsors, technology stakeholders at all levels • Ability to develop strong relationships with peers, internal and external customers, and business/IT partners • Demonstrated leadership, coaching and project team building skills with a superior ability to achieve successful results through the use of negotiation and influencing skills • Ability to remain resilient under high pressure projects or regulatory demands
