【Role Overview】
The Site Manager will be responsible for on-site project execution of warehouse automation installation projects, ensuring safety, quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on abilities in equipment installation, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
【Key Responsibilities】
Project Management:
- Lead on-site project delivery and serve as the primary contact for customer and subcontractors
- Plan project schedule, resources, and installation workflow
- Ensure project safety compliance, quality control, and timely delivery
Equipment Installation & Commissioning
- Perform equipment installation, system setup, calibration, and commissioning
- Support system integration and site acceptance testing (SAT)
Maintenance & After-Sales Support
- Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance
- Provide technical support and training to customer's on-site teams
【Qualifications】
Must-Have Requirements
- Associate degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation or related field
- 2+ years hands-on experience in equipment installation, commissioning, or field service
- Ability to independently handle mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
- English communication ability required (daily work communication level)
- Must hold valid work authorization in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
- Must live locally in the hiring city
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse automation, conveyors, sorters, robotics, or MHE equipment
- Project site leadership or contractor management experience
- Bilingual English/Chinese is a strong plus
