We are currently seeking a skilled and personable part-time administrative assistant who has a passion for working with others, creating a bond with clients, and who isn’t shy to go the extra distance to provide the best client experience possible.
This position is part-time offering 20-25 hours per week scheduled between 7:30am-7:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 7:30am-6:00pm Fridays.

Responsibilities
• Organize and manage patient and physiotherapist schedules and day-to-day tasks efficiently
• Process payments and invoices to both clients and direct billing eligible insurance companies
• Provide information and referral services to patients and visitors
• Maintain and protect confidential patient accounts, files, and records
• Manage email inquiries and correspondence
• Manage multiple phone lines
• Welcome clients and visitors warmly
• Deliver accurate information to potential clients
• Tidy, organize, and restock treatment areas and clinic regularly
• Cleaning duties
• Laundry duties
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Previous experience in office administration experience considered an asset
• 1+ years of customer service an asset
