Software Secured is a leading Penetration Testing as a Service (PTaaS) company, with a head office in beautiful Ottawa, Canada. We help software development teams get ahead of hackers, using a suite of services and products.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager** ** to join the team and help us be more productive, efficient and connected in a virtual environment.
In this role, you will be wearing multiple hats:
• *Executive Responsibilities**:
- Support with meetings and taking minutes
- Travel arrangements such as booking flights, car rentals, hotel and restaurant reservations
• *Office Management Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of the physical office environment and serve as the point person for dealing with suppliers and vendors (i.e., IT services, equipment, office supplies, etc.)
- Accounting - Managing the Accounts Payables, all invoicing, and Accounts Receivable within QuickBooks
- General administrative support - providing support to the overall business team
- Scheduling monthly team acitivities
• *Inside Sales Responsibilities**:
- Preparing and updating proposals.
- Preparing a weekly sales follow up schedule with prospective clients
- Maintaining a database of customers
- Maintaining sales dashboard and sales KPIs
- Creating invoices
- Processing sales orders
- Strong leadership qualities
