• 1.负责区块链前沿技术研究和跟进，包括但不限于共识机制、Layer隐私保护、跨链通信等；2.能够快速输出研究报告和相关分析，对技术原理有深刻理解；3.可基于研究成果跟技术团队共同推进场景落地方案；4.Responsible for the research and analysis across a variety of blockchain cutting-edge technology, such as consensus mechanism, Layer2, privacy-preserving computing, Cross-Chain and more；5.Solid knowledge of blockchain technology, capable of undertaking and conducting independent research reports；6.Collaborate with tech teams to promote and implement the research results。 岗位要求
• 1.数学或计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上研发经验；计算机理论基础扎实；熟悉Go、Rust、C++等至少一门编程语言；2.对区块链底层原理有清晰的理解，熟悉Ethereum、Cosmos、Filecoin等至少一个公链框架；3.具备良好的英文读写能力，能够顺利阅读英文技术文档；4.有很强的学习能力，对前沿技术有浓厚的兴趣；良好的团队协作精神、极强的自驱力和独立科研能力；5.At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math or a related field；6.At least 3 years of R&D experience；7.Solid Computer Science fundamentals；8.Experience with C++/Go/Rust/other programming languages；9.Familiar with one or more blockchain frameworks, such as Ethereum、Cosmos or Filecoin；10.An advanced English level and great communication skills (oral and written)；11.A fast learner, passionate about learning new tech knowledge；12.Ability to work within a team, self-motivated and able to do independent research。 加分项
