Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy high-converting landing pages optimized for various advertising platforms
Lead the technical implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and data flow
Manage and mentor a team of WordPress developers while maintaining project timelines and quality standards
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional WordPress development experience
Direct experience managing marketing campaigns with $1M+ in ad spend
Proven expertise in implementing Git-based version control and CI / CD pipelines
Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript / jQuery, and PHP
Experience with HubSpot CRM integration and tracking implementation
