Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily operational management of the regional warehouse, including full-process monitoring of receiving, warehousing, picking, dispatching, shipping, and inventory counting to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks;
2. Ensure consistency of inventory data, follow up on cycle counts and spot checks, handle inventory discrepancies, scrapping, and system anomalies to ensure accounts match the actual situation;
3. Analyze overdue and abnormal tasks, and promote continuous improvement of operational efficiency by storage service providers;
4. Responsible for on-site warehouse management and inspection, optimizing warehouse layout and operational processes, and assisting in related training;
5. Maintain efficient communication with sales, business, logistics, and other related departments to handle anomalies and customer complaints;
6. Maintain warehouse ledgers and business documents, and complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors related to logistics or supply chain;
2. At least 2 years of warehouse management experience, with preference for local experience in Dubai;
3. Proficient in using office software, with preference for those familiar with SAP/ERP/WMS systems;
4. Work diligently and responsibly, with good team spirit and execution capability;
5. Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to use both as working languages.
