Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a UX/UI Specialist based in Riyadh. The UX/UI Specialist will be responsible for designing user-centric interfaces, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting user research to enhance user experience. Responsibilities include collaboration with cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, maintaining design consistency, and implementing usability testing to ensure a seamless user journey.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in UX design, including user research, journey mapping, usability testing, and creating user personas.
• Skills in UI design, such as wireframing, prototyping, and creating visually appealing interfaces using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of front-end development basics including HTML, CSS, and familiarity with modern design systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in designing responsive and mobile-first applications is highly desirable.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and an ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
