The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the transformation of the retail technology landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing the organization's first dedicated sales team, creating and executing commercial strategies, and driving measurable outcomes to support market expansion. This pivotal role requires a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in B2B sales, including revenue growth, team development, and market expansion. The Vice President of Sales will work closely with executive leadership, and cross-functional teams, and will have a strong influence on the commercial roadmap for the company. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Sales include leading, structuring, and scaling the sales organization, overseeing major enterprise opportunities, and establishing sales processes that support predictable and scalable growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in complex, high-value sales environments, the ability to build and implement sales methodologies, and a strong executive presence to influence senior leaders and stakeholders. While not mandatory, experience in retail technology, enterprise hardware or software, or operational transformation solutions is preferred. The role demands a leader who is not only results-driven but also values a culture of innovation, collaboration, and long-term planning.
