Job Responsibilities: • Take ownership of design projects. • In order of priority- Design Facebook/Google Ads, Landing pages, Email and Web pages • Develop and maintain consistent branding. • Collaborate with UX, marketing, engineering, and other teams. • Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions. • Work with front-end web developers to deploy designs. • Work closely with clients to determine website specifications and collaborate on its overall design and aesthetic. Qualifications/Skills: • Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals • Clear understanding between demands and needs of an ecommerce vs lead gen business model • Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch • Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography • Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats • Awareness of UI/UX principles is a plus • Familiarity with digital photo editing • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google G Suite Apps • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy • Work with copywriters to produce a final design Education and Experience Requirements: • REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field • REQUIRED: More than two years of professional design experience • Portfolio of strong creative work • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) • Social media and email marketing experience a plus Compensation: Salary (DOE), Profit Share, Unlimited Vacation, Medical, Dental, Vision What we offer in return: • A highly collaborative work environment that takes a team-first approach. • Opportunity to spend 10% of work time on self-directed projects/experiments/etc. • Paid vacation, holidays, sick days (it's important to take time off to recharge) #J-18808-Ljbffr
