Job Description
The Junior Art Director will independently manage end-to-end retail design projects in a fast paced agency environment. This role requires expertise in POSM, digital, and social media key visuals and execution under tight timelines. The ideal candidate thrives in high volume workflows and is able to deliver brand aligned creative.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Design and Execution: Create visual compelling POSM, design, and social media assets for retail environments. Maintains brand consistency throughout a project and manages revisions with attention to detail.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with account servicing team in executing and delivering creative projects. Proactively communicates progress.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on retail, digital, and social media design trends. Propose fresh visuals for impact.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of agency creative experience.
• Design and artwork skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Keynote.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English – written and spoken.
• Multi-tasking in an organized and efficient manner.
• Able to work within a fast-paced environment
