User Experience; UX Lead

Position: User Experience (UX) Lead Tilte: User Experience (UX) Lead Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 6 Months Introduction Join our dynamic team and lead the development of cutting-edge web applications in the telecom industry. We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to drive innovation and excellence in our front-end development practices. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 8 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years in a lead role • Expertise in Angular (v10), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Dev Ops practices • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills & Qualifications • Experience in the telecom domain (OSS, BSS systems, network management, or similar) • Knowledge of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards • Understanding of telecom industry standards (e.g., TM Forum, 3 GPP) Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement • Architect and develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and Type Script • Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to deliver integrated solutions • Ensure code quality through regular code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security • Implement telecom-specific UI workflows, such as provisioning dashboards, OSS/BSS portals, and real-time analytics interfaces • Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial • Drive Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation Company Benefits & Culture • Inclusive and diverse work environment • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
