With our employees' well‑being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following: • Insurance plans (Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more) • Retirement savings plan • Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities • Be part of the Digital Innovation Office (DIO), working in a multidisciplinary environment across business units. • Lead the planning and execution of digital and AI transformation projects aligned with Bombardier's DIO Innovation process. • Translate business needs into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment with IT, AI, and data governance standards. • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and technology partners. • Support change management efforts to foster adoption and cultural alignment. • Prepare and present project updates, proposals, and gate reviews to executive leadership. • Lead the end‑to‑end management of digital and AI projects, from scoping and planning through execution, delivery, and post‑implementation review. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, IT, and external vendors. • Establish and track project KPIs, ensuring delivery against milestones, business outcomes, and ROI expectations. • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary. • Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and executive updates with clear and professional communication. • Maintain a centralized project portfolio dashboard to monitor the progress of multiple digital and AI initiatives. • Stay current on digital and AI trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Requirements • Hold a university degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Have 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation, AI implementation, or aerospace/industrial environments. • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Be fluent in French and English, with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex technical concepts. • Be proficient with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Teams, PowerBI, Excel, Word, etc.). • Be organized, results‑driven, and adaptable to shifting priorities. • Have experience working in agile or hybrid project environments. • Possess a strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and AI applications in operational contexts. • Be a very organized, results‑oriented, flexible person who can manage several projects simultaneously.
