Our client is a major banking firm Job Summary The Change Management Specialist will support the Talent and Culture track of the Bank's enterprise AI transformation program. This role focuses on driving adoption of advanced AI solutions, managing communications, upskilling, and workforce impacts, and enabling Business Units to execute change effectively. 12 months Raffles Place Weekdays office hours 9-12k/mth, No completion bonus Responsibilities • Lead the implementation of change strategies to drive adoption of advanced AI solutions across the bank, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology rollout plans • Collaborate with HR to integrate change implications into people and change strategies, workforce planning, and job architecture design • Conduct change impact assessments across Business Units to identify effects on roles, skills, workflows, governance, and controls • Support execution of workforce transition plans, including role evolution, redeployment pathways, and reskilling initiatives to enable smooth workforce transformation • Design and deploy change management artefacts such as playbooks, toolkits, leader talking points, and adoption dashboards to facilitate engagement and enablement • Partner with HR, Learning & Development, and external vendors to support upskilling and retraining programs that build capability readiness • Coordinate with senior management, Business Unit leaders, and external consultants (e.g., Accenture) to ensure strategic coherence and effective delivery of change initiatives • Develop clear, credible, and consistent change narratives to communicate transformation objectives and progress to stakeholders • Define and track change effectiveness and adoption metrics, including usage, behaviour change, and capability readiness, to measure impact and inform continuous improvement • Adapt change management approaches based on feedback and data insights to optimize outcomes in a fast-evolving AI environment Required competencies and certifications • Minimum 8 years of experience in change management, organisational transformation, or workforce transformation • Proven track record supporting large-scale technology or digital transformations within banking or financial services environments • Strong grounding in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR) with pragmatic application in complex enterprise settings • Experience in change impact analysis, target operating model design, and workforce transition planning • Ability to connect technology changes to people, capability, and operating model outcomes through strong analytical and synthesis skills • Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders • Executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong influencing capabilities without formal authority Preferred competencies and qualifications • Hands-on experience with AI, automation, data, or advanced analytics programs • Background in consulting combined with in-house delivery experience • Experience collaborating with HR on enterprise people strategy or skills transformation • Certification in change management (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) Frederick Tan The Outsourcing Team Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA Lic: 99C4599
