The UI/UX Specialist will support the enhancement of user experience across internal portals, business applications, and investor -facing platforms. The role focuses on designing intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces while collaborating closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.
<\/p>Key Skills & Expertise<\/b>
<\/h3>
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch<\/b>, or equivalent
<\/p><\/li>
• Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows<\/b>, and conduct usability testing
<\/p><\/li>
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility principles, and mobile -first design<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
• Collaboration with development teams to ensure accurate delivery of design specifications
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

• UX Certification such as:

• Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g)

• or equivalent professional UX accreditation
<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>Experience Requirements<\/b>
<\/h3>
• 5–7+ years<\/b> of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within enterprise -level environments
<\/p><\/li>
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing web and mobile application interface design<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
• Experience applying user -centric design methodologies<\/b> and accessibility standards.
