As a SAP Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor and architect, designing and implementing SAP solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture:
• Act as the SAP Solution Architect, designing end-to-end solutions across SAP modules such as S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or others.
• Evaluate business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient SAP architectures.
• Define and drive the adoption of Clean Core and Fit-to-Standard principles to optimize SAP landscapes.
• Lead system integration designs, ensuring seamless interoperability with third-party systems and other business applications.
Project Leadership and Delivery:
• Lead the implementation and deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and consultants, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee technical and functional documentation, ensuring clarity and completeness.
Technical Expertise and Best Practices:
• Provide expert-level knowledge of SAP modules, configurations, and enhancements.
• Guide teams in the application of SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery practices.
• Drive the adoption of emerging SAP technologies, such as SAP BTP, Fiori, and advanced analytics tools.
Stakeholder Management:
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and key stakeholders, offering strategic guidance on SAP capabilities and roadmaps.
• Conduct workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder presentations to align technical solutions with business strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to optimize existing SAP processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and performance.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP releases, innovations, and industry trends, and apply them to client engagements.
• Mentor junior consultants and technical teams to enhance overall SAP knowledge and capabilities within the organization.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, with a strong track record in solution design and architecture.
• Proven expertise in S/4HANA implementations and migrations, with a deep understanding of SAP best practices.
Technical Expertise:
• Advanced proficiency in one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors).
• Strong knowledge of SAP system integration, including middleware tools and APIs.
• Experience with SAP development tools such as ABAP, Fiori, and BTP.
• Familiarity with SAP deployment models, including public and private cloud options.
