As a UI/UX Lead
Key Responsibilities
Define and sustain the global UI/UX vision for digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment between corporate strategy, user experience, and industrial context.
Act as a global and consultative UI/UX reference across regions and initiatives, ensuring coherence, scalability, and consistency of solutions.
Establish UI/UX principles, guidelines, standards, and maturity models to enable cross-program adoption.
Influence executive leadership and program sponsors by linking design decisions to operational impact, efficiency, and business value.
Guide the design of digital experiences that integrate Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI for automation, personalization, and decision support.
Lead and oversee user research approaches, ensuring focus on critical usage scenarios in industrial, operational, and maintenance environments.
Define global quality, usability, and experience criteria, supporting local teams in consistent application.
Collaborate strategically with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to ensure alignment between design, technology, and enterprise architecture.
Drive organizational UI/UX maturity through frameworks, enablement initiatives, communities of practice, and knowledge dissemination.
Support the institutional positioning of the program through executive communications, strategic presentations, and participation in global forums.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in UI/UX Design applied to complex digital products and platforms, preferably in corporate or industrial environments.
Experience in strategic leadership roles, acting as a global reference or cross-functional authority, influencing multiple teams without direct line management.
Strong ability to operate at a program level, connecting UI/UX strategy with governance and long-term business outcomes.
Deep understanding of user-centered design, research, prototyping, and experience validation, with a data-informed decision-making approach.
Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills in multicultural environments.
Experience defining UI/UX standards, frameworks, and governance models at scale.
Practical or conceptual experience applying AI and GenAI to digital experiences and operational workflows.
Advanced English proficiency for global communication, executive presentations, and strategic materials.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in global digital transformation programs within manufacturing, industrial, or complex operational environments.
Background in matrix organizations and geographically distributed teams.
Experience designing and rolling out global UI/UX frameworks with local adoption models.
Previous experience in strategic consulting, enterprise programs, or centers of excellence.
Familiarity with global-scale design systems.
Exposure to AI/GenAI initiatives in industrial or enterprise contexts.
