Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the establishment and maturation of a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise testing strategy governance and execution within complex technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design establish and operationalize a Testing Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Define testing standards methodologies frameworks and best practices
• Provide strategic oversight across functional automation and non-functional testing streams
• Mentor testing leads and senior testers across projects
• Ensure alignment of testing practices with business and regulatory requirements
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive testing maturity and quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
• 20 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Proven experience setting up and running a Testing CoE
• Strong leadership governance and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments
Preferred Experience
• Banking or financial services domain experience
• ALM / test management tools exposure (including ALM Octane)
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
Oracle
• ServiceNow
• Temenos T24
• Murex
• Finastra
