Job description:86Resource should have 10+ years of experience in ETL QALead the ETL projects, including creating / reviewing test scenarios/ casesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts, to understand ETL requirement and ensure alignment with business objectivesPerform data validations and reconciliation to ensure the data accuracy and completeness of data transformationsIdentify and prioritize areas for improvement in ETL processes and data quality, and work with stakeholders to implement solutionsMentor and provide guidance to QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous developmentStay current with industry trends and best practices in ETL Testing and data quality assuranceGood communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience working in an Agile development environmentResource should be flexible with working hours , Onsite/Offshore coordination and handling multiple ETL projects
