We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to drive quality assurance and test automation across multiple digital initiatives. In this role, you will design and implement robust automated testing frameworks, lead a team of automation engineers, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality software solutions in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect and implement automated test frameworks for diverse applications.
• Establish and enhance QA processes and automation strategies to optimize testing cycles.
• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers in developing and deploying automation solutions.
• Provide technical design expertise for automation and performance testing.
• Review and validate test artifacts from other teams to ensure quality standards.
• Guide test developers in automation script development and conduct regular code reviews.
• Execute manual test cases and manage testing deliverables for assigned projects.
• Design and maintain automation test reports for quick insights and efficient failure analysis.
• Develop new interfaces and tools to support testing activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related STEM fields.
• 8–10 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or project management with a strong focus on QA and test automation, ideally within financial services.
• Proven track record in large‑scale digital transformation projects in banking or financial services.
• Hands‑on experience leading diverse teams across multiple workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments.
• Innovative thinker with proactive problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
