· Develop & Maintain Test Automation – Build scalable automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress) and implement BDD using Cucumber for web, API, and backend services.· Validate Quality – Perform functional, regression, integration, and unit testing (Java, .NET, Angular) with strong focus on TDD/BDD practices and high code coverage.· Optimize Performance – Conduct performance, load, and stress testing (JMeter, Gatling, or similar), analyze results, and resolve system bottlenecks.· Enable Continuous Delivery – Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), ensuring quick feedback and smooth deployments.· Drive Collaboration & Quality Advocacy – Partner with developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure robust releases; track defects (JIRA/Azure DevOps) and provide clear reporting.· Bring Domain Advantage – Apply testing expertise within healthcare/education systems (UAE market experience preferred) while demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills.
