We are looking for a confident, target-driven Telesales Consultant with excellent spoken Arabic and English to convert inbound enquiries from business owners and decision-makers into paying clients. The role combines consultative selling, confident closing, clear software demonstrations, and disciplined administration with strong time management. Skills Required Skills & Experience • Fluent Arabic and English (essential) • Proven experience in telesales or consultative sales • Strong closing and objection-handling skills • High attention to detail with admin and documentation • Excellent time management and organisation • Confident using CRM systems and video-call tools Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online forms • Communicate fluently in Arabic and English • Build rapport quickly and understand client needs • Deliver clear online software demonstrations • Explain certification processes, timelines, and pricing clearly • Handle objections and close sales confidently • Maintain accurate CRM records and client follow-ups • Ensure all client information and documentation is complete and submitted on time • Manage daily workload and priorities effectively
