About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Technology Leader to be a vital part of our leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape and execute a forward-thinking technology strategy that drives significant customer value and establishes a robust framework for asset management and operational excellence. You will spearhead the development and application of cutting-edge technologies and services that enhance our commercial performance and improve project assessment.
As the Technology Leader, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to identify and leverage emerging technologies, build outstanding technical teams, and forge strategic alliances to secure our competitive advantage. Your key responsibilities include:
• Developing a compelling technology vision for the company.
• Leading innovative product development efforts.
• Supporting business expansion through your expertise in energy storage assets.
We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred. You should have a minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible technology leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive position within the energy, infrastructure, or tech sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A strong background in product management.
• A strategic mindset with a proven history of executing technology strategies that promote growth and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to motivate innovation and accountability within high-performing technical teams.
• Familiarity with advanced forecasting and optimization technologies, especially in competitive market contexts.
