Job Title: Director of Technology Solutions
This position oversees the Payments Platform Modernization team, responsible for managing and maintaining techno-functional solutions to business requirements.
• Gathering Requirements: Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to gather, ideate, and document detailed requirements related to SWIFT ISO 20022 transformation, Wires Payment Processing, and applications.
• Leadership Support: Provide guidance to teams on requirement walkthroughs and clarifications as needed.
• Roadmap Collaboration: Work closely with business partners to establish a roadmap for prioritized projects.
• Solution Delivery: Ensure teams are equipped to deliver techno-functional solutions that meet business needs.
