**Responsibilities**
The executive in this role will be part of the Core Team working for one of our Banking customers and will work closely with the customer EA and program team. The job responsibilities include delivering work as a Subject Matter Specialist, designing target state architecture and solution options, technology assessment & selection, preparing implementation roadmap, support & provide guidance to architecture and development teams. In addition, you will also contribute to EA work & repository from Architecture perspective considering BIAN, TOGAF frameworks etc
• *Requirements**:
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience in engineering, architecture or IT consulting roles with a minimum of 5 years in a Solution Architect role
- Relevant experience providing solution architecture services to clients in the BFSI sector
- Proven experience in elaborating architecture blueprints to create a technical design, specifications for development teams, guide scrum teams to deliver MVPs using cloud-native technologies spanning serverless, microservices, cloud-native databases, analytics & AI while adhering to defined architectural blueprint/strategy
- Good knowledge and practical experience in using Enterprise integration patterns
- Expertise and understanding in setting up governance, designing strategic architecture and reference architectures.
- Experience in Relevant industry certification (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Cloud Certified, Pivotal Certified, CISSP, etc.)
- Comfortable working as part of global matrix teams in a culturally diverse organisation operating across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Confident, assertive and effective communicator with strong influencing skills. Good written and oral communication skills.

- Experience in cloud-based technologies and solution development - good understanding of major cloud providers and their services

- Understanding of modern data paradigms including architecture and technology to support digital use-cases
- Broad understanding of modern AI & ML paradigms
- Appreciation of DevOps, CI/CD and Agile SDLC approaches (Agile, SaFE)
