We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer who thrives in solving complex problems and supporting innovative technology deployment. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions, ensure smooth product rollout, and provide ongoing technical support to maximize customer success.
What You’ll Do:
• Implement and support company products and projects in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide pre-sales technical guidance and solution design.
• Deliver technical training and support to clients and internal teams.
• Manage product maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous system optimization.
What You’ll Bring:
• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
• Experience working with Windows and Linux systems; system integration and deployment expertise.
• Strong hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and managing MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and Nginx clusters.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT implementation, maintenance, or support.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in AI, smart city, or government digital transformation projects is a plus.
