- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within the IT infrastructure or IT security sectors.
- Holding a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage ten or more projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated competencies in project management, including budget and timeline oversight, scope management, risk management, and timely decision-making.
- Skills in effective team building, prioritization, and delegation, with the capability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong understanding of technology related to IT security, including networking, firewalls, IDS/IPS, content filtering, strong authentication, PCI-DSS compliance, and penetration testing is a plus.

👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
- Lead and oversee all project phases from initiation to completion to ensure timely delivery.
- Assemble and coordinate project teams, assigning individual tasks and following up accordingly.
- Monitor and control project activities, addressing issues, change requests, risks, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Plan and manage all project communications, including updates to the master project portfolio and calendar.
- Maintain communication with project sponsors, senior management, and functional area managers to report on project status through both formal and informal communication methods.
- Simultaneously manage multiple initiatives/projects effectively.
