Minimum 8 years experience working in an operations support role
Strong knowledge of HTTP, SQL, Databases and general data transfer technologies.
The applicant should also be comfortable with system administration of Unix Linux and Windows infrastructure Application.
Scripting of operational ad-ministration tasks in Java, PowerShell and or Python (preferred), Perl, Shell Scripting or other.
Experience in troubleshooting complex issues related to network, databases, storage, security and operation systems.
The individual should have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in high pressure situations for Incident and problem management.
Be available for weekend and on-call work on a rotation basis.
Effective oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment
