Role Overview: Meaningful Beginnings is seeking a proactive, hands-on Executive Assistant to support both the CEO and the broader needs of Meaningful Beginnings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is happy to jump in wherever support is needed—from organizing events and setting up tables to assisting with day-to-day executive and operational tasks. The Executive Assistant plays a key role in helping our leadership team stay organized, supported, and focused, while also contributing to the smooth execution of events and on-site needs across our locations. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support: • Provide direct support to the CEO with scheduling, coordination, reminders, and task follow-ups • Assist with personal and professional tasks to help streamline daily operations • Manage emails, documents, and light administrative duties as needed Events, On-Site & Content Support: • Assist with hosting events, meetings, and school activities • Help with event setup and breakdown (e.g., setting up tables, materials, signage, etc.) • Support on-site needs across Meaningful Beginnings locations • Capture photos and short video recordings during events, school activities, or CEO-led moments for social media and internal use Operations & Coordination: • Run errands, pick up supplies, and assist with logistics as needed • Coordinate between locations and teams to ensure tasks are completed smoothly • Provide flexible, hands-on support to make day-to-day operations easier for leadership and staff Qualifications & Requirements: • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role preferred • Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple priorities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude • Comfortable with hands-on tasks and shifting responsibilities • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Willing and able to travel between San Francisco, San Mateo, Burlingame, and surrounding areas Why Join Meaningful Beginnings? • Work closely with leadership in a supportive, mission-driven environment • Be part of a growing organization that values flexibility, collaboration, and impact • Enjoy a role where no two days are the same and your support truly makes a difference To Apply: If you’re organized, adaptable, and enjoy supporting both big-picture goals and everyday tasks, we’d love to hear from you.
