As they scale their backend infrastructure to support growing product complexity and global traffic, the team is now seeking a seasoned Java engineer to take technical ownership while remaining actively involved in development.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the team to design and hands-on development of backend services that support mission-critical digital asset infrastructure.
• Build scalable, distributed systems capable of handling high-volume traffic across global markets.
• Take ownership of key modules, contribute code, and guide architectural and technical decision-making.
• Continuously identify areas for optimization, performance tuning, and architectural enhancement.
Job Requirements:
• Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Brings at least 10 years of hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Highly skilled in Core Java, with working knowledge of the Spring framework.
• Solid experience with MySQL, along with familiarity with at least one NoSQL database.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across functions to deliver high-impact results in dynamic environments.
• Well-versed in designing distributed systems and understanding the principles behind messaging middleware.
