Job Title: Sr. QA/QC Engineer – Civil

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer – Civil with strong UAE project exposure to manage quality assurance, control, and handover of major construction projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10–14 years total experience
• 6–10 years UAE experience
• 6–10 years Home Country experience
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience with Principal Consultants
• Minimum 4 years UAE experience with Main Contractors
• Experience with Main Contractor / Developer in Home Country
• Immediate to 30 days joiner only
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s in Construction / Project Management
• Dubai Municipality certification
• QA/QC or Quality Management certifications
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control project execution and handover as per drawings, specifications, contracts, QA/QC & HSE plans
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, NCRs
• Review inspections, programs, payments, variations, and EOT claims
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders
