• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).
• Maintain QA/QC records including inspection reports, checklists, test results, approvals, and NCR logs.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Attend site meetings and inspections with consultants and authorities when required.
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors on quality-related matters.
• Coordinate and witness water tests, flood tests, adhesion tests, and other required inspections.
• Responsible for ensuring that all civil and waterproofing works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, manufacturer recommendations, and applicable standards.
• Focuses on inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination to maintain high-quality workmanship on site.
• Maintain proper QA/QC documentation, including inspection records, test reports, checklists, and approvals.
