Technical and Functional resource :
Should have 10+ years of Techo Functional experience who can well communicate with business and technical teams
Leading a team of Application and Infrastructure support Engineers, he / she will be responsible for the life cycle of all environmental issues with the primary objective bring more agile way of working in the team, proactive root causes analysis, eliminate recurring issues, identify process gaps & suggest on continuous improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities
Should bring Agile way of working in the team
Develop, execute and oversee procedures, policies related for projects / incidents to provide more stable environment to the customer
Prioritization of end users' requests and acting as a further escalation point to resolve complex issues
Participates in the development of technical/business approaches and new or enhanced technical tools including self-service tools for customers
Provides subject matter expertise to less experienced team members. Participate in development and training of team members
Required Technical skills
Good Application development experience (Java, Web Services)
Good Scripting knowledge (Linux, Python)
DevOps technologies (like Bamboo, Chef, etc.)
Cloud technologies (Azure, Skytap, etc.)
Database knowledge (SQL / Oracle)
Good exposure on Infrastructure (like servers, storage etc.)
Understanding on new technologies like Micro services, Kubernetes
