We are seeking a motivated SQL / ETL Analyst to join our data team and support the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and reporting solutions. This role is ideal for a mid-level analyst with strong SQL skills and hands-on experience using ETL tools such as Alteryx or Pentaho.
The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure reliable, high-quality data delivery and will contribute to improving and optimizing existing ETL processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL workflows and data pipelines
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
Build and maintain data solutions using Alteryx, Pentaho, or similar ETL tools
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Perform data validation, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
Monitor and improve ETL performance and reliability
Support reporting, analytics, and downstream data consumers
Document data processes, workflows, and technical designs
Required Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in SQL development and ETL/data integration
Strong proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
Hands-on experience with Alteryx and/or Pentaho
Solid understanding of ETL best practices and data warehousing concepts
Experience working with large, complex datasets
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, etc.)
Familiarity with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Basic scripting experience (Python or similar)
