Role Description Job Title: Specialist - Data Engineering (Senior Power BI Developer) Work Location- Chicago, IL Job Description: Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Power BI to design develop and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions. Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI tailored to business requirements. Integrate and transform data from multiple sources to create comprehensive BI solutions. Apply data modeling techniques to optimize data structure for analytics and reporting. Ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality across all reports and dashboards. Maintain documentation for data models, design methodologies and project deliverables. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities. Lead the end-to-end design development and implementation of Power BI solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and refine data requirements. Review validate and optimize data models and BI reports to align with business objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve data modeling and reporting issues impacting analytics. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BI developers. Benefits Compensation range: $ 90,032.00 to 134,200.00 per hour
