We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions for Whole-of-Government (WOG) customers. This role focuses on architecting secure, scalable, and reusable platforms aligned with Singapore’s digital government frameworks, supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise digital applications, workflows, portals, and data platforms. • Design modular, scalable architectures aligned with government frameworks and security standards. • Define technical strategies, roadmaps, and architecture standards with business unit leadership. • Collaborate with enterprise software vendors to design and integrate platform solutions. • Provide architectural oversight for complex, multi-agency system implementations. • Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior government stakeholders. • Support solution delivery, technical escalations, deployment, and handover to operations. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems delivery, or public-sector digital transformation. • Strong experience with enterprise application platforms and complex systems integration. • Proven experience working with enterprise software OEMs. • Deep understanding of government frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), security standards, and enterprise integration. • Experience with AI-enabled solutions, cloud-based platforms, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus. • Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps practices; certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, or PMP are preferred. • Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.
