Key Responsibilities
• Lead & Mentor : Manage, guide, and develop the QA team to ensure effective testing processes and professional growth.
• Testing Strategy : Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align on quality goals and resolve issues efficiently.
• Defect Management : Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures are in place.
• Compliance & Standards : Ensure adherence to industry best practices, coding guidelines, and relevant quality standards.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates on QA progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements
• Online Gaming Experience is a Must.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
