Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proven experience in test planning, test case design, and defect management.
• Expertise in tools such as JIRA, Selenium, or QTP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
